I am a black woman with naturally thick(lots of density), kinky(tight curly/coiled), soft (like cotton) when moisturized, shoulder length hair. I've worn braids with extensions when I was young, and a wig on one occasion since I've been an adult. I have never worn a weave/tracks, but I have considered it and may do it one day (for a different look). I LOVE my hair and think it's BEAUTIFUL.

SugarFree made a comment stating that you are unhappy, which you replied saying your comments have nothing to do with your state of happiness. It has been my experience that behind every generalized comment toward a subject (in this case a race) there is some anger/bitterness.

True many women do wear weaves, but spanish women dont, along with Indian women. Some cultures are blessed with long luscious soft thick hair. Plus, black women are the main buyers of weaves. You can try to argue it until death do u part that black women make up most of the consumers of hair extensions,but truth stands out clear. I personally hate weaves.

Half the women who are not Black are wearing weaves and extensions.

i go to 31st and bway or 6th, yknow that area of manhattan where mad africans is outside tryna sell you stuff, and they in the building right next to the one on the corner, on the first floor, near the elevator they sell hair (wigs, weaves, etc.) at wholesale prices! They also sell products and professional stuff too. Great prices, pretty good selection.
