Cobbs is going to OU or USC. Why did you even waste time with that? He is not going to UT. More than anything, he is overrated and had a horrible USC RSC. He will see a serious drop in his ranking.

Jeffcoat isn't that hot on UT either.

You need to realize that the strategy that Brown implements pushes away the very top players in the state bc he tries to press the issue for them to commit.

Hence, UT misses out on its top state prospects year after year. The historical data backs it up.
