@idiosyncrazy1980 i can confirm that the panasonic tz7 does not suffer with such a drop in sound like the tz10 and 20 when the beat kicks in! infact the tz7 has the best sound in my option as i use it in live concerts, check out my vids..

Thats a bummer that people had the experience they had. Last Sept. I went to her show but ended up getting really lost and only heard the last song. She came out to the merch table and we were in the front so we told her what happened and she was so kind and genuine, but then the crowd noticed her and she got pushed away BUT she made it a point to come back and gave me a big hug and we finished our convo. I'm really surprised by the other comments, give her another chance :)

It may seem like I'm being horrible, but when stuff goes mainstream, everybody at my school (especially the bitches) start listening to it and it just gets thrashed around like nothing. i was at her show at blue mountain.she was an hour or more late to the show, the staff said that they were just getting her out of bed?i mean seriously.And after her first song, she started complaining that we were making her work way to hard.really? after waiting an hour for you in cramped next to a bunch of people YOU are complaining. @littleangelsass Are you sure she was being serious about working too hard? Usually when she complains like that, she says it jokingly. I've seen her live 4 times and the only time I've seen her say something like that was at this show, and she just mentioned that she had a cold. It wasn't anything serious. I wasn't at Blue Mountain though, so I can't really tell. And I'm not saying you're wrong, but since you couldn't see her, there's a chance you couldn't tell if she was serious or not.

@littleangelsass that really sucks. but you have to remember that she jokes a lot. and about just waking up - i can understand that! tour life is really hard, not just emotionally, but physically as well. I can't tell you how hard it is to get sleep, and it's so easy to get sick on the road because you're not getting to take good care of your body. hopefully your next LIGHTS show is way, WAY better.

For the person that's upset that lights left, the guy that she was with kept telling her to go back inside. So there definately would have been pressure for her to leave, she probably thought that you had already taken a picture with her but were just waiting there talking to her, like a lot of us were. I know that she would have stayed out there to meet every fan, she stood there and talked to me for like 5 mins. Just put yourself in her position, there were a lot of people out there. <3

I was at this show. I remember you guys in your large group talking to Lights for 10 minutes or so. Afterwards 2 girls went up and got a pic with her and talked shortly. As they were leaving, with my camera in hand and having waited patiently for the 30 minutes or so, I step up and suddenly Lights does a 180 and just walks off. I couldn't believe it, she just left me hanging there, it was like I was invisible. That really sucks, what the hell man.

I know she'll be back, so the best advice I can give to you is to get to one of her shows very early, like about 4 hours or so before the doors open. She usually comes out to see people then! You could even come with our group if you wanted! But I feel bad that we took so much of her time, sorry! :[

She definitely stayed and met every single person, but I don't understand why she passed me over. Literally as the last 2 people left I stepped up with my camera in hand (I don't know how I could have made myself look anymore obvious that I wanted to meet her) and she just immediately left. Been exactly a week since then still not over it.

@kemando12 Well I think I made an audible sound, but I was otherwise speechless because I didn't know what to think/say. After she was gone I turned towards the security guy behind me and he clearly understood that I wanted to meet her and had a confused look as well. I'm usually pretty quiet and composed, so I didn't really wanna draw attention to myself by calling her back, it would have been really awkward. The whole thing happened so fast that I was completely caught off-guard. Oh well..

It's impossible to satisfy everyone, and it's unfortunate because big fans like you get let down. But I wouldn't totally blame her for it. Then again, I wasn't there. I can't imagine seeing just 1 more fan there and leaving like that...if I was an artist, I'd stay for the one or two more and THEN leave.

@FinksEntourage A group left after meeting her, and I was the only one remaining, and as I was walking up with my camera she left. I was within 10 feet of her so I don't know what the hell happened. She probably thought I was security, or something and thought there was no one left. I'm an introvert and I was so shocked/pissed I couldn't muster the courage to say anything as she was walking away. Whatever, I met her prior, but still it pisses me the hell off to get so close and fail.

@Lamanar I don't think that's a place artists should be, because when they become mainstream I noticed the music starts to suck, and gets overplayed losing its value. I think it would be great where she sits right now, getting some songs on the air but not being played like 25 times a day. I'm honestly sick of every single mainstream song on the radio.

@MissJuicyCathy I think it's because the bass is really heavy, so the other sounds are a bit muted :( It would've been a lot worse on my old camera though haha. I think it's just because we don't know the lyrics... most of her singing tends to be a little muted by bass in live video but we can tell what she's saying because we know the lyrics. That's just my theory lol :P
