I am planning to have a natural birth, and the nurses at the birthing clinic strongly recommend not sitting back or reclining after 26weeks. They say that will help the baby move back toward your spine in an uncomfortable position and increase back labor and pain during labor. They suggest leaning over an excersise ball or laying in bed (face toward bed) with you hips higher than your head. I dont know if you are familiar with yoga poses but it is like child's pose with your butt in the air.
Pregnancy can cause blood vessels to expand and yes! even in your nose! Also when your pregnant your body has a lot of blood supply becuz now you have ur little one inside! so combine those two and it just causes your blood vessels in your nose to "break" more easily and cause nosebleeds. Just like how some preg. women notice there gums bleed more often when they brush there teeth..its the same thing with the expanded blood vessels & extra blood supply :)

Oh... and I am also officially sleeping on the couch because I have a high bed, and have a hard time breathing sometimes. So looking forward to everyday being closer and closer to seeing my baby girl. Hang in there!

you have such a pretty belly!! lol i saw those stickers the other day at hobby lobby!!! i bought some as a good luch charm :) for the pressure, try pelvic rocks.. get on all fours and completely let your belly relax and fall and then rock your pelvis back (your booty will be in the air) and it looks kind of perverted lol but it helps! and also try taylor sits and rockng your pelvis back and forth... you look absolutely gorgeous!!! :)
I've been having serious hot flashes as well and it is pretty cold where I live!! I still can't believe you are 7 months now! I'm still so happy for you guys because I know you have been through a lot to get to this point!! :)
@AsHbAbY89 My first baby shower is more so just a brunch where people bring gifts, haha. As far as I know, there will be no decorations, games, etc because my mother in law isn't in to that and she's the one that planned it. We'll just be eating and opening gifts. I'll share photos of that one. The other will be very "baby shower-like". From the little I know about the plans, they're going all out on that one and I hope to get some of it on film and of course lots of photos :)
Glad the Airstream project is allmost finished. Dont know if you plan to list it on Craigslist if you do you will have lots of gypsys looking at it that is what they do,stay firm as they like to work you down on price.

Aww you looks so great!! I love the bump :) I did the SAME thing when pregnant going and just moving stuff around LOL. Enjoy those naps too lol. I can't reccomend enough to go to a chiropractor during pregnancy, an adjustment is soooo amazing especially at the end! So are prenantal massages.
@Nikicole831 I got a recommendation for a chiropractor that's good with pregnancy last week from some local moms. I am going to make an appointment very soon!
Omg, your so much bigger than me and were like right next to each other in due dates. I guess my lil elijahs gonna be little unless he decides to burst out in the last month -_- lol I can fit in one of my normal jeans with the help of the belly band and thats about it. Question do you ever get pressure on your stomach like hes trying to push out or something I've had that like for the whole half of the day and its driving me crazy, Im having to literally rock side to side to calm him down.
