WATER FROM DEEP BLUE WELL NO MONEY JUST BLOODE DID IT FOR LOVE LOVE RUN BOTTLE GUN CELL DEEP BLUE WELL LOOKING, MAKE ME THING BOTTOM ON THE DEEP BLUE WELL RATTLE THAT CAGE , REBEL YELL GOING DOWN THAT DEEP BLUE WELL
I was flipping through the channels one day in 1995 and caught a PBS special about this album "Wrecking Ball". I fell in love. Thank you to all that was involved in this project. Great music..
This reminds me of the southwest - like New Mexico, Arizona,, etc. I LOVE it! I am from Texas, and there is nothing like the southwest- and no, i don't mean south Texas- yuck.
Not sure I understand my own comment. It's obviously Lanois and I have no idea what I was thinking. There's a version of this tune live from Sessions at W 54th that was amazing. This one is cool, but the guitar's not nearly as focused on this one.
Great song...but I think I prefer the Wailin' Jennys cover.

Great song. Hate everything else by Emylous Harris though. I played on the album with bass at max and it sounded really catchy!

Sure is that the songwriter is David Olney, and he rocks. Good wrok from her, very good work from him.

Boy you guys are picky, it thought it was great, but then I always liked psychedelic guitar playing the best.

This guitar player doesn't have it the way La
nois/Buddy do. It makes the whole thing sound so much less powerful to me.
Gonna check David Olney

Not sure I understand the comment, bayouhazard - this guitar player is Lanois.
