what ingredients do you use?

1 cup flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder(sifted), then whisk 1/2 cup sugar and 2 eggs in, add 1 tbs honey and lastly add 1/4-1/2 cup water while whisking. and don't use butter when baking, that will make it not swirly(so i've discovered).

It tates reaally good, its like a sweet pancake and they fill it with either custard or jam, (the on toast kind) or a combination of other things at least thats the Dorayaki ive eaten but there may be more varieties. its so yummy :)
