The Afghan Parliament have told Karzai where him and his cronies can go and stick themselves. This is a major step forward for Afghani democracy (something Karzai doesn't seem to know much about) and for the Middle East in general. It shows that the politicians south of Spain still have some backbone, or maybe they just grew one when they had to sit through that joke of an election and watch that donkey strutting around looking like a beard with an idiot hanging off it and wearing a tea cosy.
