Yes, you can find it on the very far end of the map on the left. Look for the rock between and old tree, there is a chest which only opens with a key from the Master. Look it up from Google, the gun is a rare speciality which only opens if you have all addons installed into Fallout 3. Nice though and worth the effort :)
