That exercise you were doing at 2.25 is excellent. I do one similar with a dumbell. I've enjoyed more stable and powerful lateral movement ever since I started doing that particular exercise. Great video, well done.
Do you have any running/jogging in the training sessions? How much? Like 5 Km, 10 KM? Sprints? Endurance? I asked this earlier, but I guess you missed my question. I am doing some training myself and am keen to know what they have to say about Running. Appreciate.
Do the coaches there instruct in English? I thought it would be cool to spend some time there if I get the chance but I only speak English and wondered if I could get by.
That looks really intense! You must suffer from quite some muscle pain the day after, how do you manage to train then? I find that my coordination dramatically decreases if I have a workout like that the day before, which is crucial for your table tennis skills. Or do you only train like this before taking a day off?
Hope you can get some time to train with these pro players! Would love to see videos of that aswell!
@kutcijfers91 I am sore quite a lot of the time, especially after the heavy weights sessions. I notice I'm a lot slower and less consistent the day after. Just have to make do and focus on keeping your technique sound even when tired. It's good practice for when you are nervous or not feeling right in matches.
@Deobfuscator He is 6 years younger (29 vs 23). I started my tomahawk late, in 2007 after a nightmare run in German league. I was searching for something new.
Hi William. I love getting these updates from you. Keep training hard mate as I'm sure you will exceed your expectations.

Ovtcharov is way younger than you isn't he? So either you developed your tomahawk serve just recently, or he's just being facetious :)
