This looks like a pretty nice phone, 2 Questions.

1. When does it come out?

2. Do you know if sprint will require you to upgrade to an everything plan when purchasing this phone from them?

They require this when trying to buy select phones, which include the Palm Pre, Blackberrys, and unfortunately, as I found out today at the sprint store, the HTC Hero.

I have a wonderful Sprint Sero plan which runs me $30 with unlimited data and texting and 500 anytime minutes.

Sorry! I did miss that. There is a micro SDHC card that will support up to 32 GB (only 16 GB is available on the market right now). You do need to remove the battery to insert/remove the memory card, however.
