@blackws1234 i have found no cure but when you have them full blown you have to concentrate real hard when using the bathroom trying to relax your muscles so not to aggravate them further, when doing that, at least for me they go away faster i also use suppositories which do get rid of most of the pain, down fall they give you the runs.

I just did this Sitz Bath and it does make the hemmorhoids feel more "relaxed" after the first try .I can imagine the swelling going away if I do this bath in a daily basis. Thanks for the tips!

Ya they are really terrible... every time u get hemorrhoid just do the sitz bath and wear lots of cushion for ur bum, those 2 techniques really work. First time I had roids and I didn't do anything to ease it and it lasted for 2 months. Second time I got it I used these techniques and they lasted for only a week. But it is still always there but doesn't bother me at all.

if anyone has this do what i did just put nivea or nivia in the area and then go take a nap but put a cushion on your bottom so you dont feel the pain then when you wake up try getting up and walking around if it still burns then keep it on if it dosent then go to the restroom and wipe of the cream gently so it dosent hurt

Would you trust a doctor who can't read what is in front of her? Table salt is Sodium Chloride. Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate.They are not the same thing. The diagram is laughable. It's almost like she's too embarrased to say what she really needs to say and she has no script. How about some measurements. How much salt or espom to use per gallon lets say, hmm? This video is useless to anyone who actually needs details on how to do a sitz bath.

Chemists who have been around a while can be very helpful so don't forget to talk to them. For me drinking plenty of water, a high fibre diet, and Normacol work. When things have settled down walking is also good.
