@Thatguyinthecornerr to answer that question they went back and edited episode 6 after episode 1,2,3 came out. originally it was a different actor that played the ghost of anakin at the end of episode 6.

Originally in the final episodes the force ghost of Anakin is the actor that played Vador But since it was meant to represent him as part of the light side, they changed it to that kid, befor he turned evil. So yeah- It's a more recent change.
