I am a disabled American Veteran and I was taken advantage of by a ReMax agent. I called ReMax headquarters and I was told there is nothing they can do about it because the agent is an independent ReMax owner and can do whatever he wants. I finally got in contact with the agent and he said he would return some of my money but now he is ignoring me again. Michael Bukowski is his name, he is the owner of ReMax Edge.

@LyingRealtors Not sure what you have against people buying houses or dealing with realtors personally, but the market is definitely recovering in many many areas. Home flipping is helping this trend, the recovering economy is helping. In Canada, it's as if there are literally no foreclosures going on, their market is now booming. Sorry you had a bad experience with a realtor and feel the need to attack the lot of them? Hopefully you fair well in your own real estate ventures.....

Don't worry, there aren't any buyers left out there to soak up the tsunami of foreclosures that's about to hit the market. These agents will be squirming, desperate for action that's impossible in an overpriced market. They will soon feel the pain from the tax credit expiring, as will the fools that jumped into the market to get their bribes.
