@Tyotyo999 Oh yes is does my little friend, in fallout vegas its a much shorter story if u just jump into the main quests and u just jumps in nothing info about urself and in fallout 3 u have much more info about ur self a much chiller and better start but im agree new vegas have better gameplay and gamesetup but the story is not so good in my opinion :)

You didn't say the main quest. And anyways if you started out at a high level, it would take about the same amount of time to finish the main story in NV and F3 but NV offers a lot of back-story on the characters and factions in the game. Oh, and keep in mind that they will probably reveal more about your character in the following DLC's.

And the gameplay... It runs on the same engine. It's pretty much the same.
