I was RAF for just over 5 years. Went in as an engineer officer. I left beacause I thought things were getting a bit stale in the job I was in and wasn't interested in any other jobs there. Plus I realy wanted to go to univerity and the degree's the RAF would support me through didn't appeal to me. It was great whilst I was there though, got to travel a fair bit, nowhere too fancy but you don't decide where you go. And I only ever had to shoot at anyone twice, don't think I hit them either lol!
