Firesuite, what do you need to do in order to travel to Pripyat? I know that you can get sent out of the area at any time from the checkpoints, and I was thinking of visiting there later on in my life.

hey firesuite whats the radiation risk like in the zone? its only been like 20 something years. one would think that place would still be really rad soaked, with the leaky sarcophagus and what not. I would love to journey there one day and do some shooting / exploring. I just dont want to end up like Vladimir Shevchenko or so many others.

I know this is Pripyat, but it pisses me off when I constantly see people stating, and I quote; "CoD 4". It's an annoyance. I said it to make a point, using the fact that the video is titled under Chernobyl.

hey, just got back from another trip in the zone, all boats and vehicles ive seen before are still there, no one is legally allowed to remove anything from the zone

the boats are not gone, the water was just higher then in summertime... check photos and you will see that the water level changes all the time... i went back for 2th trip in oktober 2009 and was able to go on and in the boats...
