The Ugandan Parliament is useless. Museveni has no right in creating these new districts. This affair is all part of the vote rigging of next years election. I can't wait for the day when these fools will be gone and we can take back our country and run it well. Museveni and his cohorts are bent on stealing every last dime.

I didn't have to come this far for Ugandans to recognize this. Let this divide and rule policy stop. Creation of districts as this is a way to cause fight in the same people. Morons in NRM have realized this and they're exploiting to the Maximum! The good news is that it's boomeranging. I suggest we go back to the old districts that were there before 2000. Majority of Ugandans are more confused to tell where they are from.
