I like the game BUT... some of the characters are a lil bit slower than Tekken 5 or olders... And... I HATE Azazel.. Fucking boss, I always get pissed off because sometimes I HIT HIM and it doesn't count.. I hate bosses like that. Jinpachi was hard, and kinda annoying too, but at least his laugh was funny xd.

Tekken 5 on the psp was much better than tekken 6. The graphics are shit and they deleated tekken dojo. If you want tekken 6, get the console versions only. Tekken 5 is the best fighting game on the psp period..

@OriginalOrigins Nah disreguard my previous comment. I downloaded tekken 6 a month ago, just to try it out. HOLY FUCK was I wrong. Its a solid fighter just like DR but it does not have tekken bowl or team battle. There is no campaign mode thats only on console.Tekken dojo is there but its now called GHOST MODE. Its essentially the same as dojo, trust me. I'm still playing this game trying to achieve the highest rank. Goodluck with your decision.

dude you should set your left shoulder button to lp+lk and your right shoulder button to rp+rk

The fact that the game is difficult is good because it means that you have to have skill, speed and a strategy to win a fight especially with Azzael which isn't hard to beat!

actually the button commands are designed so each one controls a limb, on 360 its a is left leg, b is right leg, y is left hand and x is left hand, and if you press them in certain orders you create a chain of combos and grabs

to the uploder hof this clip: yeah azazel is badass, you cant do holds on it also it doesnt have a stun animation so you cant really tell if you are hitting it or not unless you hit him strong enough to make him fall and yeah hes pretty hard if you dont know how to beat him, heres how: 1: if he does the lazer attack FOR GOD'S SAKE CROUCH UNTIL HE FINISHES it misses every single time and you have time to hit him then make him fall and hit him on the ground while you can but watch out for tlprtion

Gold Rush in Tekken 5:DR on PSP is harder then the Tekken 6 Gold Rush.

Here you can't lose health, in T5:DR you have to survive 20 sec with your health and give the opponent damage for G.

ture, i have both games and im a tekken veteran literally one thing i noticed that once you play the game for a while you start to notice this and then if you know this you can easily master every character, it's just that every character has a certain style or button repetition let's say so you just need to find the "key buttons" for the character eg: OX pressed simulatenaously (that one is for lili) and you practically master the character in 5 minutes

Some character are hard to master, some are easy.

I use Lili myself, in the beginning I did a lot combo's with OX pressed at the same time and now I almost know all moves, combo's and powerful attacks.

For example if you use Hwoarang the first time and you use OX pressed at the same time, then you will be switching only, so not doing good moves.

i also use lili alot, love her attacks, but now that alissa came out, it came out im just as good with her... mind you there's something satisfying about mowing ppl down with chainsaws... btw iv'e been trying for aqges to figure out on how to use weapons there you know like the gun you buy for jack-6, maybe its similair on psp that is if you know cuz id doesnt mention the button config for using them in either the manual or the training mode when u have the moves list...

Ps3I think the PSP may actually be better than the Ps3 version- Less load time and ability to rank up offline. I got up to divine fist (highest) on T5: DR for psp, was deeply dissapointed to find out you couldn't rank up offline on the ps3 version. If the online worked I wouldnt mind, but online is horrible. stopped playing after a few weeks.

Just one thing (not sure if it's been mentioned as I outright refuse to read every comment to check) but the buttons usually correspond with left or right punch/kick as opposed to high or low attacks. the character or directional button or combo will dictate whether the strike is high/low, light/medium/hard. Aside from that, this looks like a pretty decent port from the ps3 version.
