SNES: 3.68 Mhz

Technically, Blast Processing was real. The Genesis can run at higher frames (even 60fps) and has a slightly higher resolution. Why people don't know? They probably are content with remaining bias with Nintendo. It means they're choosing to miss out on quality games on a quality console. Both consoles are great. Also, the only region where the Super NES beat Genesis sales was in Japan. The Genesis/Mega Drive reign supreme in all other regions.

People have been saying "Blast processing" for the last 20 years and no one still knows what it is.

Blast Processing was a marketing term used by Sega of America to make the Genesis seem superior to the SNES in some way. The idea was that the Genesis had the ability to render games at a faster rate (Claiming their exclusivity of the Sonic franchise as "proof") and the SNES was unable to do this.

Of course, anyone who played Road Runner or Claymates on the SNES knows how much that was bullshit.

You'll still find hardcore Sega fanboys to THIS DAY who swear that "Blast Processing" was real.

I love Sega Genesis 16-bit. I'd love to you guys make some videos on it. That's also the classic original box, that is what i used to have, and IMO is the best one, because it has a headphone jack with volume control, but it is the largest.

Lol, back then I also used to consider sega as "lester's stuff" hahahahaha, now I enjoy genesis more than snes and I don't see genesis as such a "badass system", back then everything that hadn't the nintendo label could be seen as potentially "badass" ... the same could apply to amiga computers etc. The real weird thing was nintendo itself, like disney for cartoons.
