@IsItMyTimeNow the only legit way to get a Shiny Arceus is from events (which is impossible since the only shiny arceus event took place in Japan when Platinum first came out and the event never took place again) or by Saving the game in front of arceus and fighting it until it's shiny (which takes about 1/48.000 chances to find a shiny one) . That makes Arceus absolutely NOT possible to have it shiny , I hope I helped

@IsItMyTimeNow You could save on the spot right before walking up to arceus to catch it and if it doesn't appear shiny, soft reset (L + R + Start + Select), then go up again. You can keep repeating this 'till you get the shiny version of Arceus.

@IsItMyTimeNow No, arceus actually can't be shiny as it was only given away at events so it can't be caught as a wild pokemon. So if you see an Arceus that was caught in the Hall of Origin or someone who has an Azure Flute, they're hacking.

Walking all these long places finishing some boring storyline just to find this "GOD" pokemon ending up dead by my lvl 80+ pokemon that arent even lvl 100...WDF?? i thought arceus wuld be impossible to beat. @Lamp0174 You need to complete the storyline, go to a pokemon event and then collect the Azure Flute from the give away at the event. Events only happen in certain countries and are in real life. It's a pain in the ass for me because i've got all the legendary pokemon in diamond and pearl except for Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus, which all require an item from a pokemon event.
