go to item properties (press x when looking at the coils as a monitor) and set the minimum to the same as the max

ok heres the quicker way....highlight the item you want to instantly respawn in the 'place item' menu. DO NOT PLACE IT FOR THIS METHOD! Now press x, and you should see a menu. Now, make the 'run-time minimum' the exact same thing as the 'run-time minimum'. Thats it. This works for any item.
