Do what people loved you for in the first place. Raw, urgent. Do not try to 'update' or 'modernize' the sound. Record with Steve Albini in Chicago!
Iommi could play a 30 day guitar solo and I'd listen to every minute of it. I've never heard anyone play the way he does. It's a very unique style. God must have chopped off those fingertips for a reason..To give us the greatest band of all-time.
@ROAM999 Strutter was released 25 years before Selling My Soul. Also, just because a lot of KISS stuff sounds similar to each other, and have horrible as hell drum lines and lyrics, it doesn't mean that they're a sell out dude. I know people say they are because of this and they have amazing merchandises but still, they just need to try harder. And I know Gene is very opinionated with his libertarianism, but if that's what he wants to do, it's what he wants to do.

Quite possibly the last thing the original line-up will ever record together seeing that Ozzy and Iommi are at each other's throat over the rights to the name Black Sabbath.

@ElPayasoMalo ozzy already said after the death of ronnie james dio and the release of his new album he plans to return and make one last cd with sabbath. i actually wish he wouldn't i think it could be a bust. i could be wrong though. hopefully i am
