In 1974 I was 12 years old. I remember my older sister of 17 had a boyfriend that was even older. He used to drive a delivery truck and he stole a stereo system of a guy that was in the Navy and had sent a "Sansui" stereo system from Japan to the U.S.. This stereo could part your hair! One of the albums that we played was this one. He was the first guy to turn me on to weed. After he and my sister broke up, the FBI actually came looking for that stereo.

This is one great band. Brings back a lot of good memories. I bet white Snake can't redo this tune to do it justice.

I saw Mott the Hoople in concert in 1974 in Stoke on Trent. The support band was Queen! What a night that was.
