I have metal tanks are they good if i clean them real good seal them and coat them with a water sealant for protection and rust plus to stop any contamination >>?????

The great advantage to canvas is being able to move them. You cannot do that with concrete

The DOF of Malaysia recommend the farmers using Canvas Tank for cat fish farming.

For long term investment,the best is still using fiber glass tanks or cement tanks.

Canvas tank farming should not be used for raising american blue catfish due to their pointed spin and dorsal fins. Other than that go ahead. =}
