I made the costume by glueing sculpted foam onto a pair of long-underwear, and then pulling another pair of long-underwear over top to create a "skin" over everything. Then I glued the fur to that surface layer. There are areas where the fur overlaps where it needs to bend (like the hind part of the knee) so it won't show a seam. I'll get some more pics up soon! mabe from burning man!

lol! I think your hooves look fine, for what i can see, i love the tail, it's adorable! The legs are sculpted well, mine are a bit too large for my size, i'm gonna definatley make them more slender next time. ty for sharing!
