I remember being about 7 years old and my cousin Sarah coming round to stay the night. At this point, anyone who would play games with me was automatically in my good books, and my mum told her this and said that, as she was an interior designer, she should go and play The Sims with me for half an hour. Five hours later, Sarah and I had built the biggest damn two storey mansion in the history of mankind. It looked bizarre, but perfect. And this was the song that built it, I swear to God.
I think the game series has lost it spirit and creativity since the sims 2. EA just wants to squeeze the players dry by repeating what they've done for the sims 1 again and again: Hot Date = Nightlife = Late Night; Vacation = Bon Voyage = World Adventures; Unleashed = Pets = Pets...etc. We got nothing more than improved graphics.
My sister played this game. I, as a young teen boy, said it was pointless and childish. The computer was in my room, and this music really grew on me. I hardly played the game, but I will forever remember those times when she did.

My mother bought the Sims for my sister and I back in 2002, thinking it would help us be more creative by building houses. But then she saw us burning Sims, drowning Sims, and starving Sims. We were literally little shit heads. So she went to uninstall the game, but she heard this track as we were building. She stopped, and listened. The next day I asked her if she was still going to take it away. She said she wouldn't, just because of the music.

I remember one morning waking up and looking outside to seeing a cloudy day. I turned on my PC, and loaded the Sims 1. Of course, it took nearly a half hour to load, but after that it felt like my mind opened up. No other game has done that to me such as all of the Sims series.

Two days ago, this song started playing in my head, when I was playing the piano. I had no idea at the time where I remembered this song from, and I was just thinking and thinking about it at the back of my mind. Today it came to me.... Man this song is just.....

I LOVE this music, it reminds me of warm rainy days in the summer where all you can do is stay inside and play Sims until your eyes bleed.
