They don't actually believe in satan (confusing, yes?). This is known as LaVeyan satanism. Then what seperates them from atheists besides dressing up in silly costumes? It focuses on the individual (you could say they view themselves as god.. not in a literal sense though) and is somewhat hedonistic in nature.

That clip was really strange. If you believe in satan, you can't call yourself an atheist because an atheist is, by definition, with out supernatural belief in a higher power.
