cuz everytime you level up you get more point to distribute. The more INT the more points you get.

Honestly this was good walkthrough, but this game is a difficulty joke, even on very hard the only problems I had were with deathclaws and sentry bots. Then again every game now has to apeal to the 'casual' crowd or else their sales are fucked.
