    Mr. Madia has broken with the Officers Corps Creed by being dishonest in his campaign.

    Enlisted and officer will work with any kind of officer (dumb, lazy, smart, self serving, not a clue, honest) EXCEPT a dishonest officer..dishonest officers get their personnel killed!
