  • @Cambria2007 ur not alone dude, this must not be for our version or something

  • you're not on the right layer.

  • I am on the right layer...but when I select and drag and let go, it just lays a blurry sample down...not the exact piece I want to copy...it is getting annoying...I can't figure it out.

  • up at the top, it should be on source.

  • Awesome videos!

  • Very useful trick :)

  • Hello, just saying that you've done a great job with the videos :)

You speak clearly and make it easy, thank you!

    thanks for the tips dude

  • my photo shop doesnt have patch tool XD?

  • nice. photoshop has a brainnn

  • its Cool

  • is this cs3 or cs4

  • I have cs3. I used the patch tool yesterday on some photos just like you show in this video and it worked awesome. Today I tried to use it again but I think my tool is broken. I make my selection and then when I drag the selection it takes the blemish and puts it over the smooth section I am trying to sample instead of replacing the blemish with the smooth section. Do you know how I can fix this?

  • Check the "destination" box instead of the "source" box at the top.

  • There is a selection at top which says 'Source' or 'Destination'. You need to make sure you have the necessary one selected.

  • this doesn't work with cs4

  • Yeah it does

  • how? i tried

  • got anything for photo elements? thanx 4 the time and information. we need the help.
