Actually, Dhaos DOES have little orbs floating about him. However, they happen to only be in the cutscenes in ToP. They don't appear around him during battle.
The only way I could logically explain them not including his orbs in the original and the remakes was simply they lacked the ability to do so with the engine they were using.
Well I guess while the Creator of "Infinity in Battle" added those orbs in to make it look like Sekundes (for whatever reasons). Though that is Dhaos. Sekundes wears a black suit, and looks completely different from Dhaos from the shoulder down IMO.
I'm not sure where this Dhaos sprite came from, it's definately not ToE's, and last time I checked, he doesn't look like that in the Phantasia GBA's either.
I think it comes from one of the Tales of the World games....either that or it's a nice mix of Dhaos and Sekundes sprites. I think the former is more likely.
What I'm curious is how they got hold of a Miktran sprite. He wasn't in any of the World games. Made it themselves, most likely, or found it somewhere.
Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 2/3 is where this Dhaos comes from. This sprite was used in cross over games and cameos. Basically, I love this Dhaos. =D Dhaos Laser! =D

Let's try and get this straight for once and all.
The guy with floating orbs, blonde hair and DHAOS LASER? It's Dhaos.
People have this REALLY bad habit of calling him Sekundes because of a TERRIBLE English Tales of Eternia translation.

There wasn't any translation.
it was called Sekundes in Eternia for a reason
Sekun = Second
des = Dhaos
He's a second type of Dhaos created for Tales of Eternia. Which doesn't have any relationship to Tales of Phantasia/Symphonia what so ever.
But yes thats Dhaos (in the video).

I like to think of it more of a Cameo really. If it looks like Dhaos, sounds like Dhaos, and fights like Dhaos....it's probably Dhaos :P

Yeah, I think its a cameo of Dhaos, but there was no translation for Sekundes. He was also called Sekundes in the Japanese version as well.

Cuz um...notice how he's screaming "Dhaos Corridor" and "Dhaos Laser"? <.< I don't think Sekundes would do that.

Actually you are right it is Dhaos D:, but there are some problems with that Dhaos in the video.
Only Sekundes has Orbs flying around him during battle. Sekundes does not have a robe. He does not yell Dhaos Laser/Corridor <_<.
asdf. Though, Sekundes fights exactly like Dhaos (from Phantasia GBA)
