These boxes are great!  I used it to roast my wedding pig. Also this Vincent Barcelona is the real deal when it comes to being a Chef! He can cook his ass off.

I had a caja china didnt like the way the pan on top flopped alot under the heat really dangerous So i made my own stainless steel much more sturdy
