I am not sure about type of amplifiers.

The I use in this video is a speaker-amplifier set designed for home use.

I think that works enough.

Wow, you play good! ;), your cello looks really cool im 11 and ive gottonto play at the orchestra hall in minnesota USA, i always thought i was good but not as good as you. i can do worlds trickiest songs on cello. well, now that ive seen you play, i was gonna give up, but now im not. i could get as good as you. i hope that happens! :). well wish me luck ppls!! :).

One advise, at the orchestra hall, the cello sounds much louder to audiences than to the player.

Did you compare your instrument to the SVC-50 or the SVC-110S?

I would like to know if the sound between these instruments differs and if so to which degree...

Yes I did, the one I play in this video is SVC-110S.

I also tried SVC-50 on YAMAHA store. The difference is that SVC-110S is more like the real one. Specially in the shape.

The sound it also different. SVC-50 sounds like a computer music. If you play classical music, I don't recommend it.

please note that both are quite different from the real one. The depth, I mean the front-to-rear distance is shorter than the acoustic one. That makes it difficult to fix it between your knees.

Thank you very much! Too bad, as the SVC-50 is much cheaper and I also prefer the design. How about the SVC-210SK? Have you tried this one also? It looks as if, beyond being foldable, the parts are exactly the same. So the sound of the 110SK and the 210SK should be similar also, I suppose. Its shape is more like the SVC-50 though. By the way, have you tried them in the YAMAHA shop at ginza?

SVC-210SK? I didn't know it. I've never tried it.

According to the YAMAHA website, 210SK is designed for the popular music player while SVC-110SK is for classical music player.

Yes, I tried them at YAMAHA shop at Ginza. I recommend you to go there to try by yourself. If you live in Japan.

It's YAMAHA's Silent Cello. You can buy it for 300,000 yen. I mean it's 3,000 Dollars.

You can practice this cello without bothering your next door neighbour even in the midnight.

I'm sure it worth paying.

Beautiful playing and instrument--but in regards to comments: there isn't a government on this planet that isn't corrupt and that corruption is relative to their financial abilities--all of them would do whatever they can get away with, and they do.
