It's a nice ford when it's got a bit of water flowing through it. You have to be careful as it flows quite quick when in flood (as shown here!) Sadly it's been really badly abused with some people being retards (I'm not suggesting it's those in the video) and driving all over the banks and into the nearby field, turning it into a real mess at times. :-(

re: Codprawn You'd be surprised how quickly these machines fill up even with the doors closed! My '89 110 couldn't hold out a wash with a non-power hose. Still, all part of the character.

This ford is in 'Coughton fields lane' Warwickshire, but when not in flood its very boring too go through as only about 4 inchs.

last time I attempted a much much smaller fording, I got quite spooked looking at the river below,

that was a nice move, full throttle, you can see the drifting and water spurting out of the real wheels,
