my xbox was doing the same thing and i tried every method imaginable and it still didnt work.....at one point it finally opened and what i did was leave a blank disk in the disk tray every time i turned off my xbox and it hasnt given me any problems since...so for those of you that are having difficulties with a stuck disk tray try this method and see if it works
@CCREMIX if u dont have a disk in the tray and u have an old xbox 360 that might be the problem. if u have an old 360 make sure u have a disk in at all times if u dont ur screwed

i just taped the tray and pressed the eject button at the same time

use a paper clip and hit the eject button at the same time it worked for me
