Very nice. I evened out the cannon towers a bit more rather than having them all on one side, and added a L3 temporal down near the three gun towers, it worked nicely near that end bit.

2 command towers on opposite pads at the top of the map, and replacing the back-center cannon tower with another command netted +4.5k +res and +2k Tower-sell.

I did a very similar strategy was to do lots of those things that slow them down and the middle would have loads of morters very easy level if you do this (:

The problem with canon tower is that most of a time they are much overpowered for smaller enemies, wich resulting in wasting time to shot down. My strategy was to build up those 4 islands with 4 nods each, on 2 islands place 2 fully gun tower, one concusion and one command tower, on other two islands place two fully gun and laser. build up rest nods, and from command towers you will get tooons of moneys.

Every one of your videos has worked really well for me, but for some reason this one doesn't. I have tried 4 times now to get the Gold Medal. I've followed this video to the letter, upgrading only when you do, planting the exact towers you do, but I have failed to get the gold medal all four times. Not sure why it doesn't work for me.

hey a couple of improvements you could make are you could put a level 3 command tower where your cannon towers are instead of building those 3 gun towers at the bottom. I used your strategy except with the exception of building a command tower instead of the gun towers and i also built two extra cannon towers and i made over 18k and didnt have to use the orbital laser

I´ve used only cannon towers and 1 command tower (for steath units) and did 77k score. I didn´t like the strategy on this video.

You know, you really should use temporal towers more ;)

I used your basic build placement, but added a few temporal towers and a single command tower in the middle of the cannons and got 51k points.

sorry for the double post, still iif you put and fully upgrade a said command tower in the centre of your cannons you'll be able to wipe out the stealthed enemies without any problesm at all, and once fully upgraded they also give you 45% more rescourses, don't stack though

BIG THX! Specifically on guns at far right. After a tweak of your great strat you helped me grab #12 on the 360. In the end I replaced a Gun with a red Temp on the 2x2 by cores and on far left corner of central pyramid. The rest of pyamid had a red Command on far right and lots of Cannons. 3 red/2 yel Canons along bottom of pyramid. 3 green/2 yel on next row. Red at top. I didn't need 3 guns at lower level at all. You posted 7 months ago so you probably have a better strat now. But Thx again!

Yeah, but not that active anymore. I had the throne when defense grid came out and also a few months after i stopped. People now are just insane at the game. I don't know if i could still beat them at some levels.

I watched a few of your vids and realized how bad I always underestimated cannon towers. I used a command (to reveal the stealths) surrounded by a bunch of cannons in the middle and a single gun tower on the right and got gold. Thanks for your help!

Excellent tips in this one; it really helped me revise my strategies. I was able to get rank 30 using basically the same strategy as this, though I did put down a  command tower or two, and maybe a temporal gate, to increase my income in kill zones. I've never been able to match that one fantastic round I had though.

While almost all of your strategies are great, may I suggest for this level to deal with the stealthies a bit better, Toss a Temp. Tower with a Command Tower on one of the two 4 slot areas "above" where you have your 4 slots of level 3 gun towers. I also tossed a temp and command tower on the opposite set of 4, never used a laser once, grabbed a gold and used less cannon towers.

Youtube HD is not "real" HD, it's just higher resolution than normal youtube videos. Use something like Fraps.
