  • I cant believe how dumb your comments are about this 2 minute live news clip. There is no way to fully explain everything about the Tagine in 2 minutes! come on people, get with it! Ive been to his restaurant and it was FABULOUS! I suggest everyone go see Chef Brian at M Waterfront Grille in Naples, FL! A+++++

  • HaHa!! I just did a little more research, and it looks like there is NOT a hole in the lid. . . just a knob for a handle. Live and learn!!

  • Cool! Looks like a traditional Moroccan version of what we call "dutch oven cooking" here in the U.S. I want to get a tagine now! I can't wait to smell the meat and spices as they cook and steam up through the hole in that lid!

  • Valid points guys, but for TV segments that last 3 minutes and 11 seconds we have to demosntrate techniques in a shorter period of time. If you cut the lemons and expose the flesh, the lemon can be preserved in approximately a week...Thank you for your comments.

  • You can't make preserved lemons the same week. It takes at least 3 weeks until they're ready to be used

  • He also should have cooked the chicken for about 10 minutes or so first, THEN put in the vegetables!
