@CPSSucks Those that ARE from abusive homes; parents who ARE drug addicted, prostitutes because these kids can't be helped in their stranger abuse care systems and they adversely affect their success rates...only GOOD kids from GOOD family's especially with Income/assets to STEAL are needed...these others taken ONLY when the POLICE are involved: kids caught committing crimes.
