Noel and Dee have to be together, because Dee and her friend Sue Denim were the dancers in The Mighty Boosh Live: Future Sailor's Tour, which took place in 2008-2009. It even had Dee's name on the credits. So why would she be in the show if they're not together. Also, when Noel's singing the Eels song, he climbs up the steps and puts his arm around one of the dancers for a second, and I believe that it was Dee.
