Well, I live in Korea at the moment. I saw the colors! The Ionospheres innermost layer starts at 50 km to 90 km above the earth. The "rainbow" is on my mobile phone and I can't get the picture now but anyway u'd probably say it's "photoshopped" It appeared very blurry and almost unrecognizable but it was colored like a rainbow and looked like an aurora behind clouds. The picture is undisbutable to me. It appeared in a South-Westerly direction, which makes sense too. I was immediately concerned.
