  • I whined about my Elegante not having singular key percussion like all the pre-T series Hammond organs every note played has that attack, yuk! Well, I discovered if you put on REPEAT PERC. & put the RATE slider on low it duplicates the original exactly, but with a little bit faster decay of the percussive attack. Still though, with the KEY CLICK tab on the Elegante really does come very close to the tone wheel models.

I'd like to put a volume control on the string/reed/etc. tabs amplifier out.

  • Ah' patience is a virtue. In the month of July I got both of my dream organs for get this $150!

A Gulbransen Rialto II for FREE from a Catholic retreat center. Have opportunity to get the Leslie 720 & 2- 540's for $200 tot. Last week my cell phone ran out of minutes so Emailed in response to an ad for a Hammond Elegante ( w/ the legs model, I prefer anyway because it matches my Wurlitzer 4500) for $150! Lucky me, his phone# was a misprint!

Both the Gully & the Hammond play perfectly.

  • Saw one pop up on Craigslist last fall in Akron in mint condition for $900. It sat there for weeks. I gathered money towards it, but figured by the time I had it all it would be gone so I bought a Wurlitzer 625t for $100 ( excellent flutes like a good old wurlitzer & Leslie onboard that does Klaus Wunderlich thing no problem after you remove that stupid resistor on Leslies RCA plug).

Heck I've gotten another Wurly 4500 free & a Thomas Palace III for $100. Then that Elegante's is back for $700!

  • The neat part about the Elegante, you have a buildin drummer. Learn the bass pedals and there you go, a whole band!!!!

  • 300 bucks, i could cry in jealousy

  • Original cost of the Hammond Elegante' cost about $12 grand, but I would love to own one like it for so much less!

  • I have one for sale with additional leslie speaker for $5000 or best offer

  • $300! What a steal. It looks to be in excellent condition.

  • I don't get it, you aren't playing anything so what's the point?! That's an expensive juke box dude.

  • Hey, I have the same model!! And it sounds great, just like a real Theatre organ. I've played the X66, A100, B3 and the Concorde, but I love the Elegante sound.

    Congratulations on your Elegante!

  • Hi! would you like to sell it? I love Hammonds organs! in particular the Elegant model!

  • Magnificent organ. Can you introduce some properties of Elegante, like melody maker, percussion and string settings, Auto-vari rhythm unit with rhythm break, piano solo, dual voice, walking bass?
