I seriously can't play this on either system at a serious level with either of the controllers.

@RedThunderSP Yeah I use a Arcade Stick, to me makes fighting game's more fun and easier to play. Others feel a controller is the best way to go so it's whatever works best with you. This game's combos are way different then other game's, you have to be pretty much spot on for the combo to work, practice and then practice some more is all I can pretty much say.
