  • that was great I learn something today :D

  • Thanks. I spent hours trying to insert a clip art to an address label and could not get the address to line up right. I knew it would be a simple fix but could not figure it out on my own. You mentioned setting the text wrapping to square and this fixed my problem! Thanks again. I was obsessing over this simple thing.

  • Hi, please help!

I am making a lot of docs at the moment which have about 15 pictures per doc. Everytime I need to position a picture after insering it I have to,double click it, select layout and then select behind text, but I have to do this for everysingle picture, is there any way of making that a default command whenever a pic is inserted to speed things up, many thanks.

  • Hi,

I just installed Word 2007 english version. For youtube I create some video´s so I need to have my text spell checked cos I am Dutch. In Word, the opetion ´check while writing´ is on. Although it is checked, while typing the correction in the form of those red bars underneith the typed word do not appear. Do you have suggestions?

  • I don't have one right now, but I have a question.

When editing a doc, I use the insert, reference, footnote and it comes always with a line at the top.

My question is do you know how to remove it? I use it to add some legal notes at the docs footnote and when it is printed looks like a uncompleted line.

    Thx

  • Yes, it's a little weird, but here's the trick:

    1. On the View menu, click Normal.

    2. On the View menu, click Footnotes.

    3. In the Footnotes pane, click the down arrow next to All Footnotes or All Endnotes, and select Footnote Separator or Endnote Separator. The separator appears.

    4. Select the separator and delete it.

    5. Click View > Print Layout

    It should be gone.
