  • Why is this persons CHANNEL listed as UNAVAILABLE!?

  • @trumbachd1 good catch. i don't know.

  • Who all typed in "gaming netbook"?

  • @southernclassik gaming netboooks lol

  • @southernclassik i typed in ASUS PCE-N10... looking for reviews of a wireless card i found on newegg

  • Gay!!!!!!!!1

  • This cant actually play real games!!

  • We get it! It's a netbook! Lets see some damn games!

  • this thing is a waste for gaming my alienware m11x with a i7 processor and a nvidia 335m makes this netbook look bad

  • @will25raiders But you spent over $1,500 for that I am assuming. This thing is about $500.

  • @Chintendoeddman Actually, the i7 M11x costs about $1,100, but is about 10 times as fast and powerful as this netbook. And you can get an even more powerful 13-17 inch notebook for ~$800. It's a waste, plain and simple.

  • BOOOOOOONER

  • i was wrong i buyed a asus 1005 ha........that laptop sucks...well past is past

  • you pronounced Asus wrong throughout the video.

  • so how much does this fucker cost?

  • do you install the games with an external cd drive?

  • facebook doesn't count as gaming!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lol thats almost as a big as my macbook

  • is this really a gamer's netbook???wth??

  • ahah yeah it is but they stopped selling this one

but the hp 311 and teh newer eee pc with the Nvidia Ion can play stuff like l4d 2 and CoD MW2

  • @sirmousalot11 wow..that's amazing..lol..xD

  • yup yup thats my next upgrade lolz

  • @sirmousalot11 LOL..cool!!! xD

  • @sirmousalot11 lol no it cant retard.

  • @iHateFatLzyAmericans

yes it can, watch the vids on youtube and it can play resident evil 5 and they prove that they arn't faking it, it can even play Crysis, but its a little bit laggy in the really large areas

  • could it play modern warefare 2 online???

  • @ps3metal actually it should be able to, i've seen a computer with less specs be able to at a decent fps

  • @ps3metal i doubt it. My pc can minimally run cod6..

  • 1201N-PU17 eee pc is slimmer, lighter, more powerful dual core with Nv-ION (9400M), 12inch screen and same price. who else is sick of glossy screens?? why dont they stick a glare reducing film on it instead of a glare increasing one, if we're computing inside we're not using POS ultra mobile computers to do it ARE WE?

  • Cheapstake's netbook.

  • a gaming-pc is super, a gaming-laptop is great, a gaming-netbook just sounds ridiculous, except you play older games like half-life 1, half-life 2, warcraft III etc... but if you want to stay tuned for new games, buy a gaming-notebook or even better, build your own gaming-pc, i've just built one for just 700 euros last week. :P

  • @DerTeufel0707 with the Ion chipset you can easy ride 30 fps in Call of Duty 4. Keep in mind dude, at one point a "gaming-laptop" sounded rediculous. Give the evolution of technology some time, then come back and give them a shot. you'll say "okay, so they arent so bad now."

  • @DerTeufel0707 also, having the ability to run a game with 30-40 fps on these little machines is astronomical, and nvidia is coming out with the ion2 chipset, along with intel's upcoming processor...netbook gaming will explode soon.

  • @xxaimpiratexx netbook-gaming already exploded, the alienware m11x got released already and can play most games on high. but i dont believe it will run good at high on crysis and gta 4(well that must have been obvious though). but still, you were right at that point. ;)

  • @xxaimpiratexx any word on what chipset ION2 will use? this one was "focusing" on allowing HD playback, hopefully the next will allow gaming

  • I see! I will have to check out this M11x for myself then, sounds great :)

  • atoms are garbage to

  • garbage check out the new alienware m11x

  • yea overpriced garbage check the netbook with dual atoms and 256mb dedicated netbooks coming soon

  • a gaming netbook?i dont know about everybody else but thats fuckin awesome

  • if you will play GTA IV, the netbook will be explode :D

  • wow at last, a netbook i can run netbeans inside.

i hope price is not that high.

  • lol around $400 to $500

stupid for a netbook this should be $300 atleast

i'll stick with my 1005ha thanks.....

  • @xMandalorex "worthy" would suit better

  • gaming netbook what the most challenging gam it can play..........mind sweeper........lmao

  • @sardo97 game*

  • Gaming Netbook? Bull shit.

  • dude, this is really awesome if it can run cod 4

  • Ummm why dont u look to the right of you and check the More From Box

  • yeah... people will put tags just to get views... so i thought i would ask just to be sure

  • i gotcha mahn

  • this isn't a netbook!

NETbooks are meant JUST FOR conectivity, nvidia just passed that rule, it made small computers more powerfull.

Keep this in mind, ask asus.

  • yes it is cause asus is a netbook!

  • so on this laptop you can play games laggness?

  • Yup, WoW will run GREAT. A laptop is like 2.5 times bigger

  • honestly...who wants to run games on a 10 inch screen

  • because netbooks are cheap and affordable plus because you can

  • Who'd want to run games on a 3" gameboy screen? (or whatever it is)

There will always be demand :)

  • It has vga output....

  • @dfgodofdrums dude ever played on a psp???

plus it comes with a VGA output so u can play it on a tv

  • Can this Run Second Life?

Has anyone Tried second Life On This one?

  • Gaming Netbook is an oxymoron.

  • @redone632

And thanks to the Asus n10, IT IS NO LONGER!

  • so i want something really small that i can play 3D games on, but this seems a little pricey. i can barely find it for under 700 without any add-ons. but if i bought a different eee pc model and upgraded the ram to 2gb, would that make things run more smoothly? i know the graphics would not be the same, but it would be significantly cheaper.

if not, i think ill settle for this, it seems to good to pass up. lol

  • Gaming netbook? No. 9300 ge sucks!!!

  • For now its one of the best gpus in netbooks ;]

  • i wonder if i could play battlefield 2142 on this??? has anybody or anybody know??????

  • Yes :) I know.

The Nvidia 9300m graphics card is a relatively good GPU.

So, yes. You can play Battlefield 2142 on this "netbook," or so they call it.

Although, the processor itself isn't too great, so you'll be stunted on games just a bit.

--and even with the 9300m Nvidia, you'll need to put the settings on low with the game in order to play smoothly.

    :)

    Hope that helps.

I know. I'm late ha ha

  • thank you for the advice on the technical aspects.

  • Uh, sure :) Hope it helped a little.

  • No nvidia ion chipset. So not really interested in now. Now looking for ion...

  • this one got 2x better graphic card then ion

  • I have no doubt about what you say, but I am looking some 3D capability with very low power consumption. I have seen a video in youtube where a eepc with ion just consume 5.5 wats. How much would consume this?

  • 14 i think

  • If only they put such great gear in a 901, but then again, intel/nvidia only cares about money and fooling customers. so yeah. gg

  • ATI cares about your money :) :)

  • where on earth can I buy one?

  • it's called a store lol

  • lol @ how he has like, every laptop in the world at his disposal.

  • lol 2:30 your elvis hair at monitor reflection

    xD funny

    nice netbook...

  • Hmm seems to be nice and can someone tell me i'd it can play sum halo lol

  • wow i have same video cards on my laptop dv3550ee 13 inch 2.53 9300m gs 4gig ram

i do play now Gear of war & what a great game

1200*800 all high setting w/o Antilising run smoothly compared when i played crysis i get only 13fps veryslow but i finish the game i anyway.lol,cod4 i get 33-38 fps almost high setting no antilising.

  • planning on getting this lil guy

  • I didn't knew there were netbooks for gaming. Is a geforce 9300m fast enough for a game like halflife 2?

  • Yeah dude, Half Life 2 runs on much less. But when you get up to newer games, you will be on medium settings. The 9300 is like an ATI 3470 which will run Crysis on low at decent speeds. (And probably on Youtube someone will show it running on high claiming their video capture is slowing it down but they are in Crysis denial).

  • Jesus christ..switch the machine on plz..like we can see what it looks like..can u just turn the fukin machine on OMFGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

  • @yumzzy He doesn't have a battery for it.. lol

  • @J03Y13 why didnt he have a battery for it? did it fall off a back of a lorry? hahah XD i ended up buying the N1210 asus, it is really nice! :P

    and hello joey! :P

  • @yumzzy I have noooo idea haha

I ended up buying the 1001P because I liked the carbon fiber. lol

  • @yumzzy Why don't you guys just watch part 2?!?

  • do you think it would be possible to flash the 9300MGS to 8400MGT ?

  • Why would you even do that?

  • No, but can easily flash it to more advance called Nvidia Riva TNT2 which is more faster than the 8900 GTX. Updates via bios....

  • my laptop was 700 dallors and does not have nivida 9300m WTF

  • if i had the nvidia graphics card in, how long would the battery last, if i were playing games?

  • i can 3+ hours of playing games (mostly world of warcraft) with the brightness all the way up volume all the way up and wireless internet connected (oviously)

  • he sounds funny

  • ...It's called an accent butt brain

  • yay asus instead of asoose

  • so where is this asoose rep video?

  • so four or more idiots think that i'm wrong and require proof for their seemingly USELESS minds and assumptions. well dumbasses HERE IT IS: gizmodo(DOT)com/320007/how-to-pronounce-eee-pc

  • Why is everyone giving the thumbs down? it's how it's actually pronounced

  • Yeah I know! Seriously. I stated the truth, and even took the trouble to put PROOF! Ah people's assumptions these days.....

  • do a review of the asus g71 lol

  • you for what their capable of the price is way over priced but it is ment for praticality rather than a main computer

  • accualy your wrong the work fine as a main pc

  • does it have a cd rom?

  • netbooks never have CD-ROM drives or DVD you need an external one

  • i know.. i just ask because other reviews tells that it is more of a standard laptop than a netbook, so i ask if it has a cd rom.. :))

  • no.

  • you own 3 netbooks....nuff said

  • did he say it had a cd drive i forgot

  • Its weird that everyone including me is sortof praising XP, for a netbook you can cut down Xp and tweak so much.. is great.. you can get a fully functional XP os, for games itunes whatever to boot in less than 45 seconds, secure and fast......

If you muck about with Xp yeah it degrades baddly, but be nice and it will do its job.

  • A netbook for gaming!? are they serious

  • Yes. its powerfoul. im getting one soon

  • review of gaming netbook with no games running... great

  • watch part 2 before u speak.

  • can anyone tell that the battey can last how long?

  • EBAY

  • btw, how do americans get pc's soooo cheap!?

this one costs 1000-1200$ where i live at the cheapest!:((((

  • huh, by brother got a full size laptop w/ 2gb memory, 160gb hdd, HD 16" widescreen.

  • for 400$ with a printer by the way.

  • economics, dolar value, inflation, country ratings by few institutions,so if you dont liket then amigrate to help american economie(it's wat they want)it's a beautiful world!

  • order one off an american website

  • well, then the shipping will cost too much:/

and i dunno what to do if there's something wrong with it lol.

  • go to amazon. you can return it for a new one if its broken

  • yeah, but i live in denmark and we dont have amazon here.

  • amazon (dot) com its an online store.

  • i would like the design of the n10 and the hardware of the accer aspire in one netbook. then i would defintly buy that one.

  • its actually the N10-J A1 the E doesn't have the 9300m video card

  • whats the difference between the different models? can you tell me so i can choose which one could i buy :)

  • well,

The n10 E is cheaper, but has integrated graphics, so it kills the point of the n10 which is a notebook. THe J has the 9300m video card which plays games. It is about 200$ more expensive but much better. If your going to get the E, you might as well get an eee pc

  • which one you recommend me? i don't have a limit budget i just wanna have a netbook who can play, call of duty or gta 4 :)

  • Well, technically if you can play COD4 or GTAIV, it's not really a netbook. I'd say just go with a full sized laptop for a similar/cheaper price than the top end netbooks, unless of course the battery life is THE biggest selling point for you. Still, even if you do find a "netbook" with enough processing power to run those games, a regular laptop will still run them better for less cost.

  • obviously the notebooks are better and cheaper. and no the battery life is not that important to me. the only thing that i want a powerful netbook its because its size :), thats what only matters, i could take it idk like in a bag with my books in the school, with my notebook i can't, well i really can but its bulky than carrying a netbook :)

  • This is the N10-E

Have alook at the N10-J its the model above, has lots more features

  • dun hate me but its pronounced as 'asoos' not 'acers'

  • i don't hate you, your right!

  • Its too big to put in your pocket get a Pandora

  • just ciuz ut uses intel atom dosent make it a netbook alot of desktops use intel atom so are tehy all of a suden netbooks no

  • Who the fuck would be dumb enough to use an atom in a desktop?

  • i would i was trying to get the 199$ pc with the intel atom cpu its pretty fast ^_^ but i dont have one -.-

  • your mom

  • kainaussi just look at hp 2133/2140 mini note both of them are "business" class

  • Just a tip, have some idea what you plan to say before you hit record. Reviews like this really bug me. This guy must have said uh / Umm 2 or 3 hundred times.

  • define "crap"

They look like consumer machines, not buisness machines. Is that what you mean

  • got a question can i manually upgrade to 4 gig ram or is it not supported

  • I think 2GB is it, but I may be wrong.

4GB is overkill for this thing all you'll need is 2GB. Indeed you can get by with 1GB.

  • wow, this is the best net book ever....

  • I got one on the 10/03 with 250GB and 2GB of ram. Really great little netbook. Looks awesome and runs really well too. Excellent battery life with the 6 cell and copes with games really well. 8.5 out of 10.

  • whats the difference between the a1 and a2 version ?

  • this would be perfect for me, a little portable notebook for playing final fantasy 11 online with decent playability and good graphics (would work wonders for you WoW players also!) so if my desktop stops working i have a backup can still attend my linkshell events :)

  • do you know that this little thing runs Crysis too?

  • this dude in all of his videos cant get enough from flipping the laptops and opening them and closing them...he's not that good of a reviewer

  • no all netbook dont have cd drive but u can buy 1

  • yeah, you can use an external dvd drive for installing os etc

  • I don't count running Crysis at 10 frames per second as actually running it.

  • anything below 25fps in my opinion is unplayable.

  • With all due respect, but I must have different standards to you.

IMHO down to 10 FPS can be playable. If its an Average then maybe not but I've played games that had a consistent 10FPS that were playable. Remember that TV is only 25 FPS and the eye "sees" anything over 10FPS as consistent "movement" as opposed to a "slide show"

  • i would kill myself if if i saw anything under 30 fps

  • Fair enough, but remember that TV is about 24 FPS (depends on weather it is PAL or NTSC)

Trust me, your "eyes" get used to lower framerates.

  • i would kill myself

  • I agree. anything under 30 is too low.

  • Too true. 29 fps would be catastrophic beyond comprehension, and so suicide would be the only option left to escape the pain and embarassment of not having superleet gear.

Hell, if I don't watch movies on at least a 50 inch screen in full HD with 8.1 surround, I start cutting myself. This in fact has happened so often, I'm now chronically anemic. Technology is some serious shit, truly a life or death issue. I feel your righteous pain, bro.

  • Fo realz yo.

  • I love you.

  • i love you more

  • flip it some more WOW FUN!

  • I have an asus F9sg wich is a 12 inch with a 9300g M and when I checked it with GPU Z the GPU memory clock was underclocked from 700 mhz to 400 mhz. Since this asus is even smaller I would also guess its also underclocked to some degree.

  • I have this. I can run Crysis on medium settings and FarCry 2 on medium/high mix of settings. Its really worth it. I call it a laptop. ITS NOT A NETBOOK!

  • its a gaming netbook.

  • who does it read disks?

  • I would house this in a pc case and use an external mouse keyboard and LCD monitor.

I could be successful at this if it only had a external Esata hookup.
