Alright, so if that flat iron was real, you would NOT have to go over your hair THAT MANY TIMES. I have hair worse than yours and I also have a ghd and it doesn't work that poorly. @BeauHappiHealz flat iron for sure!!!! chemically straightening your hair does not work. It will make it straight-ish but frizzy as hell, it will not get you the same result as a flat iron. Flat irons work 10 times better! Do not chemically straighten it. Go with a nice flat iron and use a good heat protectent. I recommend either Paul Mitchell, CHI, or a REAL GHD. Not this fake one she is peddling. GHD is the most expensive of the three but all are great.

You should also put it on the youtube video, because GHD might actaully lose some buisness due to this, because they want a good, not cheap looking iron, and since this is a faux one, they might mistake it for a real one, and not ending up purchasing it becuase this iron looks cheap on video and it doesn't apear to work that well.

@LilyMatic People with curly/wavy hair tend to have damage prone hair. We have to put more effort into detangling which breaks hair, use products to tame it which can dry the hair, blow drying takes more time which means more damage, take more time to style it which also damages the hair, etc. Not everyone has the money and time to invest in expensive hair treatments and appliances. Just sayin'. :]

@LilyMatic People with curly/wavy hair tend to have damage prone hair. We have to put more effort into detangling which breaks hair, use products to tame it which can dry the hair, blow drying takes more time which means more damage, take more time to style it which also damages the hair, etc. Not everyone has the money and time to invest in expensive hair treatments and appliances. Just sayin'. :]

THey are but they are made by GHD themselves, they work just as good and they do not ruin your hair... I have been using mine for over a year, and we offer a 1 year waranty...
