After click wipe out link in GoogleApps, iPhone does reset like that way.
We never use jailbroken iPhone (Actually, have never tried to jailbreak iphone.).
There are no plug in and just use configure exchange in iphone as Google's guide for iphone.
We don't either have any me.com account.
This is pure GoogleApps for business function.

I don't get the cut at 1:03. What have you cut out?
If you're using wireless syncing, presumably this is a jailbroken iPhone, so it won't work for everyone.
If not, then if you have to plug it in before it syncs/wipes, what's the point in this feature?
Because you can remote wipe an iPhone anyway, from Apple's me.com service.
