I think that it is because he is playing a Gibson Les Paul the chunkiest sounding guitar in the world! But I like Fenders a bit more I play a telecaster and can get some good tone out that thing too. Especially for blues. But LP's and Teles best in my opinion. And this guys cover does fucking rock.
