Nope. that's a device I bought and made only some experiments.
Here you can see the wheel which is into its own box, which borders are higher than the wheel level.
Plus on the right side there is the cover of the wheel box which offers a shield that should stop any disturb from the hand nearby.
The result is the wheel turns despite of those elements.
Weird, isn't it?
The point is I don't want to demostrate anything you can't demostrate by yourself.
