It depends if you get yopo or cebil. Cebil has more bufotenine while yopo has more dmt. Their often mixed up, so you never know which you really get.

Real quick, bufotenine is in Cebil aka colubrina DMT in Yopo aka peregrina.

Most seeds sold nowadays are colubrina, even if they say they are Yopo.

This vid is filled with errors. Don't smoke em straight, people roast them in the oven at 350 for up to 30 minutes before grinding them, soak in clean ammonia for 20 minutes to base and then dry well in an oven on low if need be before smoking. Some natives chew Caapi to enhance the effects.

@yodalantern or u could use a simple extraction with vinegar, water and calcium carbonate. u should roast at 450 F because it get rid of all the shitty chemicals, dmt in cebil in trace amounts same with 5-Me0-dmt. this is 1 of the reason you roast them so they chemical you want is the that CHEMICAL!

just throw 4 seeds on a pan over low heat and wait for them to pop peal the husk then grind and ad edible lime. 3 parts seeds and 1 part calcium hydroxide(lime) add a couple drops of water to make it kinda like dough need it for a few min and let dry over like 24 hours 48 would be better the longer you wait the more calcium hydroxide(lime) will convert to calcium carbonate when it reacts with the air will make it burn less, then grind that shit up and snort make that into a video man
