I bielive I have the 14AH. After seeing your vid I showed it to the sales rep at the International Motorcycle show up in Seattle WA and told him this needs to be corrected. Said I can pick one up at the shop in Sunnyvale CA or they will mail me one and I mail back the old one. Yea youtube has been funky today. Wouldnt let me reply to comments on other vids and this vid has to be watched in 480p for sound. I tried watching it in 720p and it slows down then freezes up??

Looks like the same issue. Are you running the 18AH? They are recommending their new 21AH now. The audio is cut out of about half of the video btw...
